The Flynn group is brining Wendy's to ANZ and is looking for an activation strategy for their launch. The ambition is to become the talked about brand as the network of restaurant expands quickly across the region.

Our discovery process delivered three concept option for consideration. However one clear winner was identified coupled with the developed operational plan sore an ROI in 4years with operating asset with a life span of 15 years.

SOLUTION

Wendy's is looking for an activation vehicle/ food truck to support building brand awareness and drive the momentum of the Wendy’s brand between store opening and long term commercial activities. We were engaged on a advisory basis to develop full feasibility, construction inc engineering and food safety along with operational execution plan and financial modeling.

BENEFITS

Complete road map to from feasibility to operating asset. The plan identified 23 events across 124 days PA with an average length of 5.4 days. Generating healthy year on year profit. Procurement was shocked they could not build a store in the time frame or budget close to the solution created with a ROI as strong couple with the brand exposure and engagement though media.
