Bell Flight Long Lunch sought to provide potential customers with an immersive experience showcasing the freedom, convenience, and luxury of helicopter ownership. The goal was to create a memorable day in the life that highlighted their brand’s capabilities and fostered genuine connections with prospective clients and existing owners.

We conceived the Bell Flight Long Lunch: an invitation-only journey beginning at the Jet Aviation lounge at Sydney Airport, followed by a private helicopter transfer to a secluded Kangaroo Valley residence.

The day unfolded around a fire-led long lunch, with dishes cooked over ironbark coals for more than ten hours. The pace was deliberate, the setting intimate designed to encourage natural conversation and reveal what helicopter ownership truly enables: reclaimed time, rare access, and perspective.
